This conference was planned with a view to "Pause", take a breather from the rush of business, "Rewind", reflect on the developments over the last year and analyse each situation, and "Play", transfer the learnings gathered and apply them to the coming year.

A new way to rethink team strategies

The Renaissance Hotel Mumbai and Le Meridien Delhi, both luxury business hotels, played host to TataSky delegates from all over India. The two-day retreat featured conferences, dinners, and team activities to allow attendees to socialise and strategise in equal measure.

Managing a mammoth event in addition to designing and conceptualising the processes behind the event, spread across two major cities, was an exciting challenge.
